Resident Transfer Policy

At Harbor Group, your satisfaction is our success.
If our residents want to transfer from one apartment to another or one community to another, we offer no application fee, no security deposit and no administrative fee if the following are met:

• Resident has been in the current lease for 6 months or more.
• Resident has no late payments.
• Resident agrees to a credit/criminal screening.
• Resident must give 30 days notice.
• Resident agrees to pay the Transfer Fee.

• High performance water saving fixtures (showerheads, toilets and faucets)
• Energy efficient appliances
• Sub-metering utilities to create lower energy and water bills
• Communities located close to mass transit, reducing individual car transport

Natural Resource Conservation

• Recycling programs designed to minimize waste to landfills
• Online service requests, online leasing and online payments offered to reduce paper usage
• Highly informational websites designed to reduce the need to print
• Salt water pools, where cost effective
• Use of storm water or well water for landscaping irrigation

• Modern 410A HVAC systems to enhance the indoor air quality
• Modern lighting fixtures with energy efficient bulbs to reduce energy use
