    Resident Transfer Policy

    At Harbor Group, your satisfaction is our success.
    If our residents want to transfer from one apartment to another or one community to another, we offer no application fee, no security deposit and no administrative fee if the following are met:

    • Resident has been in the current lease for 6 months or more.
    • Resident has no late payments.
    • Resident agrees to a credit/criminal screening.
    • Resident must give 30 days notice.
    • Resident agrees to pay the Transfer Fee.
