    Maximum of 2 Pets Allowed. Dogs and Cats allowed. There is no size limit.Breed Restrictions include: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.

    Parking for residents and their guests is available on a first-come, first-served basis in our private parking lot. Covered carport parking options are available for residents. Max. 2 carports per apartment. We also provide a designated area for large vehicles such as boats and RVs.
  • Transfer Policy

    Resident Transfer Policy

    At Harbor Group, your satisfaction is our success.
    If our residents want to transfer from one apartment to another or one community to another, we offer no application fee, no security deposit and no administrative fee if the following are met:

    • Resident has been in the current lease for 6 months or more.
    • Resident has no late payments.
    • Resident agrees to a credit/criminal screening.
    • Resident must give 30 days notice.
    • Resident agrees to pay the Transfer Fee.
